Journey
Origins
Born in the southern islands of the Philippines, Chef Jorom was inspired from a young age by the fresh fish and seafood of his motherland. His culinary path began as an apprentice in Savannah, Georgia, where he committed himself to mastering the art of sushi.
Mastery
Over the years, Jorom sought out mentorships from master chefs who helped shape an omakase experience rooted in tradition but layered with flavors from his Filipino heritage.
Vision
In 2022, Jorom moved to Atlanta with a vision to share his craft with the local community. After leading Savannah's top sushi kitchens for four years, he invites you to experience the culmination of his life's work.
